Summer Hill,

We are extremely excited to host your team on MONDAY JULY 6th! Just wanted to send you some details for our swim meet. Feel free to pass along to your team!

Roland Run is located at 2211 W. Joppa Road, Lutherville, MD 21093.

Entrance to the Pool is on the right side of the parking lot past the tennis courts. Once you walk through the breezeway, your team should walk towards the right side and set up anywhere on the grassy area past the dining hut all the way to the baby pool/splash pad. Feel free to set up tents and chairs.

*Warm Ups will be at 4:30 for Summer Hill

*National Anthem will be 4:55
*We will have team concessions. We accept cash and venmo.

*Our snack bar will also be open, but only accepts credit card.

*Please have your entries ready for exchange by 8pm the night before the meet. We use Meet Maestro and can accept your entries in .hy3 format or .sd3 format. If you also use SwimTopia, the code for this meet is MMXGK7F *Would you like even or odd lanes?

*Jobs your team will be responsible for fulfilling:

9 timers (per half) please bring your own stop watches and have them labeled

2 table workers (per half)

2 Clerk of Course (per half)

1 S+T Official (per half)

CMSL suggested that traveling teams also bring their starter just in case we have technical issues with our starter.
