*Stingrays* Swim Suit Order

Sting Ray Families, We are excited to announce the return of an optional Sting Ray team suit for the 2027 summer season! Many families shared that they missed having a unified team look, and after speaking with Coach Sky, we were given permission to bring back this fun tradition for swimmers who would like to participate. If your swimmer would prefer to continue wearing a plain black swimsuit as in prior years, that is absolutely fine! The team suit is completely optional. Because this was a late addition to our season planning, we are working with a shortened ordering timeline in hopes of having suits arrive as close to the start of the season as possible. To be included in the initial bulk order, please submit your order through SwimTopia by Monday, May 24st. Orders placed after 5/24 may still be accepted, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive before the beginning of the season. Time trials are for swimmers 12 years old and under. Please plan on attending for the entire time. Time trials will be run similar to a swim meet except there will be no warm-up or other team. This gives the swimmers an initial time for events for seeding for our dual meets. This also gives newer swimmers an opportunity to gain experience in a meet-like setting. We will need 2 timers for each lane. If you have an older swimmer, please RSVP that they can come if they are able to help time so we can know if we need to recruit some parents to help. |

Team Photo & Ice Cream Social

Hi Swim Team Families!
After practice individual photos will start. There will be a pause for the group photo! Please wear your Team Swim suit. After team photos are complete, age groups will be called to head up on the deck for Ice cream. Littles served first! At this time, individual photos will resume. Photographer will arrive about 45 minutes early for setup. Please arrive on time so we can keep everything running smoothly.
The only setup help needed is arranging picnic tables for the group photo—our coaches and older swimmers are always very helpful with this! We’re looking forward to a great photo night! |
