Welcome to the Summer Swim Team swimsuit order form!

We are excited to announce the return of a team suit this summer! Many families shared that they missed having a unified team look, and we’re thrilled to bring that tradition back this season. 

Please complete one form per swimmer. The deadline to order with the team is Thursday 5/21. If you miss the deadline, we can place additional orders but the item may not arrive in time for the season.

Sizing: Please utilize the Sizing Guide on the links to ensure you are ordering the right size for your swimmer. We will not be having onsite sizing.
